2025 Holiday Commissions

  1. Black and White Drawings: A standard graphite sketch in the following sizes: 
    1. 8x10

  2. Full Color Drawings: Prismacolor pencils, full color drawings in the following sizes: 
    1. 11x14
    2. 16x20
    3. 18x24
  3. Pop Portrait Paintings: Minimum colors, maximum impact in the following sizes:
    1. 11x14
    2. 14x18
    3. 16x20
    4. 18x24
  4. Fantasy Landscape Paintings: Colorful paintings of nature and scenery in the following sizes: 
    1. 11x14
    2. 14x18
    3. 16x20
    4. 18x24
  5. Mixed Media Pieces: Combinations of paint, marker, ink and more on either art paper or canvas in the following sizes: 
    1. 11x14
    2. 14x18
    3. 16x20
    4. 18x24
    5. 24x36 (paper only) 

How to get started with a holiday commission:

  1. Submit an Inquiry: Once you know what size you are looking for, fill out this form with as much information as you can provide. I will review your submission and reach out to you and let you know whether or not I can accommodate your request. 
  2. Accept the quote: If your request is something I can accommodate, we will discuss details and you will be provided with a quote for the work AND all shipping costs. (shipping costs will only change if we need to switch to a rush shipping situation at the end) 
  3. Sign the contract & provide your deposit: Once your quote is approved by you, I will send you my electronic contract and a link to provide your deposit.  Once that is completed, I will get you officially on my schedule. I will work on pieces based on their deadline. Your piece will be completed by your personal deadline or within the holiday shipment guarantee.

A Few Key Details to Keep In Mind: 

  • All pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work can begin.
  • Be clear with your deadlines - if you do not provide a specific deadline, your piece will ship on my final shipment day.  
  • Painting Deadlines: Paintings of any kind require extra time - all painting deposits are due on October 16, 2025.
  • Drawing & Mixed Media Deadlines: Deposits for drawings that are 16x20 or larger are due November 12, 2025. Deposits for mixed media pieces or drawings smaller than 16x20 are due on November 20 2025.
  • RUSH fees can apply: If you have provided a specific due date that is earlier than my final shipment date, please note that rush shipping fees can apply. This will depend on your piece, shipping destination and due date.
  • Payment Terms: The work starts when the deposit is received. Shipping happens after the full balance has been paid. All payments can be made through PayPal via invoice. If you are picking up your piece in person, I accept cash only, or you can pay in advance via PayPal or Venmo. 
  • Delivery Guarantee: If you are having your piece shipped, I will not ship until FULL payment has been received.  If we have arranged for delivery, I will release the piece to your hands when full payment is received in person.
