North Side Instinct is a 14" x 18" acrylic pop portrait painting and my first of the Chicago Cubs Pete Crow Armstrong. Featuring the red brimmed cap worn at the 2025 MLB All Star Game, this painting is a nod to his status as the Cubs "MVP," or rather, MVPCA.

This acrylic painting on canvas feels like both a total vibe and a moment of focus. It's the focus of a pro, the energy of a phenom and the magic of PCA. It's all of the things that make Pete Crow Armstrong...PCA. His feel for the game - his North Side Instinct - makes him the must-watch player of 2025.
